Gary Triestram is the owner of Turn Key Homes and brings over 20 years of home building management experience to the table.  He is very proud of his building team's total commitment to customer satisfaction.  This simple principle has allowed Turn Key Homes to achieve a very stable financial position in today's market, where many homebuilders are struggling to exist.  However, the story doesn't end there!  Turn Key Homes has accomplished this while pricing their custom homes at a very modest price per square foot.  Make no mistake; these are NOT cheaply built homes!  Turn Key Homes only hires subcontractors who have a reputation for quality craftsmanship, on-time performance, customer cooperation and use of the finest materials offered.  All of these items produce one outcome: a well-managed construction project that comes in on budget and on time, resulting in a fine built home and a very satisfied customer!

Turn Key Homes is a one-stop, full service company.  We will custom design your home or build off of your print.  If we custom design your home and you build with us, all the designing and prints are free to you.  We will also help you with financing and finding land!  If your project has out buildings or any other construction besides the home, we can handle all of it for you.
